SRC Continues Supporting Lucky Dog Racing League for 2026
Ventura, CA — Continuing its long-standing commitment to endurance road racing, SRC (Sampson Racing Communications) is excited to continue supporting teams competing in the Lucky Dog Racing League for the 2026 season. SRC has been part of Lucky Dog from day one, working alongside teams as the series has grown into one of the most fun, competitive, and racer-focused endurance leagues in the country.
As Lucky Dog keeps bringing teams to incredible tracks across the U.S., one thing remains constant—clear, reliable communication matters, especially when the races get long, the strategies get creative, and the coffee wears off at 3 a.m.
“Lucky Dog has always been about keeping endurance racing fun, approachable, and racer-focused,” said Cathy Fuss, Founder of the Lucky Dog Racing League. “Having partners like SRC—who actually races, is at the track, and understands what teams really need, makes a huge difference. Good communication keeps the race moving, keeps drivers and teams safer the paddock happier."
“Cathy's vision of Lucky Dog has always been about the racers, and that’s why we’ve loved being involved since the beginning,” said Shawn Sampson, Founder of SRC. “Good communication can make or break an endurance race and weekend. As a racer myself, I’ve lived it—missed calls, perfect pit stops, last-minute saves. That real-world experience is what drives everything we build and support.”
Founded more than three decades ago, SRC has become a trusted name in endurance racing communications, supporting everyone from first-time Lucky Dog teams to seasoned veterans chasing podiums. SRC gear is built to survive long stints, loud cars, tired crews, and the kind of race weekends that don’t always go according to plan.
SRC designs and supports radios, headsets, helmet kits, intercoms, antennas, wiring, and complete communication systems specifically for endurance racing. SRC is also known for being trackside, helping teams get dialed in, troubleshoot issues, and get back to racing—support shaped by years of firsthand racing experience.
“Endurance racing is all about teamwork, adaptability, and having fun while doing something a little crazy,” Sampson added. “We’re proud to keep supporting Lucky Dog and the teams that make the paddock such a great place to be.”
